Manuel Alcala

With more than 25 years of Leadership and Managerial experience, Manuel keeps Bouchard Communications Group and Matrix Manager on track. Operations, Human Resources and Audit and Compliance are just a few of Manuel’s talents. Manuel has held multi-unit Leadership-Executive positions at the District, Regional and Corporate levels, with extensive experience in Operations, Total Quality-Process Management, Customer Service and Policy, Procedure and Program Development.

During his time away from the office, Manuel has been an active Volunteer with the Rocklin Police Department since 2007, and is a Patrol and Communications Instructor/Branch Director. Manuel also enjoys traveling, riding and customizing motorcycles, shooting-sports, and spending time with his family.

Education: Associates Degree in Criminal Justice, Miramar College – San Diego
